Do you offer warranties?
Yes. We offer a one-year warranty on our steel fabricated products.
Do you apply protective coatings?
Yes. We apply various types of painting, coatings and linings to our ASME pressure vessels and autoclaves, including epoxy, vinyl, enamel, rubber lining, coal tar, alkyd, zinc, cast urethane, chromates, silicates, phenolic and urethane.
What information is required to get a quote?
Please submit whatever information you have, along with quantities required, and we will work on pricing for you. The more information you provide, the more accurate the pricing will be.
What sheet metal materials can you spot weld?
We can spot weld mild steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel.
What precautions to take with structural steel projects?
Corrosion – Structures that are exposed to harsh climatic conditions, like marine projects, require corrosion-resistant alloys. However, other structures may also be vulnerable to corrosion. You should check whether the structure needs to be treated against corrosion with paint or other products.
Fire Resistant – Steel doesn’t easily catch on fire, making it a safe choice. However other materials within the building may result in fires. Very high temperatures caused by fires can weaken steel, causing it to soften and buckle. For this reason, it’s advisable to insulate steel used in the structure against heat damage.
